Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Must be in the same condition as when received

  • All original tags must be attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result.
